[b:Visited on February 14, 2016] After walking in the nearby forest in the morning, we decided to have lunch at [b:Setouchi Marine Hotel]. The parking lot is located on the east side of the hotel, and you can park for free if you are dining there. From February 1st to [b:March 17th], they held an "Italian Cuisine Fair" (All-you-can-eat buffet). Lunch time is [b:11:30-14:30], and there doesn't seem to be a time limit. The price was [b:Adults] 1,620 yen (tax included), [b:Elementary school students] 1,080 yen (tax included), [b:Children] 540 yen (tax included). It is a very reasonable price for a hotel buffet. There are special offers for children and women, and children can eat half price (270 yen) on weekends and holidays, and next time is free! ? Women can eat 1,320 yen every Wednesday and Thursday. By the way, it seems that they offer buffets for both [b:Morning] and [b:Dinner]. Well, first I applied for the lunch buffet at the reception (I paid later), and was guided to a seat with a great view of the sea. [b:<Photo 07>] This got my endorphins going. I never thought it would be served at a buffet (^^)/ They replenished it many times, so it never ran out. [b:【Food photo 02】] ・[b:Vegetable salad] (mizuna, tomato, cucumber, carrot, paprika, Italian Cuisine parsley, daikon, purple cabbage, salad spinach) ・[b:Acqua pazza with red fish and tomatoes] ・[b:Barazushi] (octopus, shrimp, radish sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, shredded egg) ・[b:Paella] (clams, squid, shrimp) ・[b:Tama's Self-Defense Ship Curry & Nikomaru] (Okayama rice) ・[b:Barley tea] ・[b:Iced coffee] ・[b:Hot coffee] ★★[b:Acqua pazza with red fish and tomatoes] was light in taste with a bouillabaisse-like umami flavor. [b:Tama's Self-Defense Ship Curry] is a Tamano specialty. It is a slightly spicy beef curry that is satisfying to eat. [b:【Food Photo 03】] ・[b:Black bean bread] ・[b:Hot Sandwiches] (topped with fried white fish, tomato, and cucumber) ・[b:Sicilian-style pizza] (tomato, basil) ・[b: Pancakes] (butter) ・[b:Iyokan] ・[b:Pineapple] ・[b:Coffee jelly] ★★[b:Hot sandwich] was delicious because I added my own toppings and baked it in the oven. [b:Sicilian-style pizza] had an exquisite basil flavor and was delicious. [b:【Food photo 04】] ・[b:Grilled daikon radish] ・[b:Marble cheese bruschetta] (cheese on crispy French bread) ・[b:Spinach pasta tossed in basil sauce] ・[b:Shiratama] (mitarashi bean paste & kinako) ・[b:Warabi mochi] (kinako) ・[b: Chocolate fountain] (banana, Belgian waffle, sponge cake) ★★[b:Demonstration pasta] was spinach pasta with basil sauce. It was made right in front of us, so we were able to eat freshly made pasta. It was a good combination. [b:【Food photo 05】] ・[b: Soft serve ice cream] ・[b: Ice cream] (Aki Queen, pudding, orange) ・[b:Ice coffee] ・[b:Ice tea] (black tea) ・[b:Hot Earl Grey] ★★[b: Soft serve ice cream] had a rich milk flavor and was delicious. [b: Ice cream] was also delicious, as its name suggests. However, it was too hard for the kids to scoop up. [b:【Food photo 06】] ★★[b:Abiglio with squid and Italian Cuisine potatoes] The squid flavor and olive oil went well with the melted potatoes with their skins. The dishes were mostly based on [b:vegetables] or [b:seafood], and were mostly healthy. They added more dishes even after 1:30pm (one hour before the end of lunch). Although the dishes were a little slow to come, they were cleared away when they had accumulated a little. The service was attentive to a certain extent, as you would expect from a hotel. [b:March 18th to May 22nd] will be holding a "[b:Colorful Spring Fair]". [b:Seasonal vegetables] are used as ingredients for Tempura, steamed vegetables, grated stews, and cooked rice, so it seems to be a healthy route based on vegetables. I plan to return when the area's plum and cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and also when the long wisteria trellis next to the hotel is in full bloom.
