■中華そば ギョーザ入り 900円
・JR宇野線 常山駅から徒歩で約10分、広松の岡南店。
・スープ: 蜂蜜の入った豚骨&野菜ベースの醤油スープ。
・麺はやや細めのストレート麺。麺の硬さ変更可能。
・具材はチャーシュー2枚、メンマ、刻みネギとトッピングしたジャンボ揚げギョーザ。
・店内カウンターで4席と4人掛けテーブル5卓、4人用小上がり座敷が4卓。
本店、南輝店に続き此方岡南店に初訪。
せっかくなので未食の『ジャンボ揚げギョーザ』が入った標記をオーダー。
これぞ松系といったスープの色合い。スープが他の店舗より濃く感じたのは気のせいかな？
トッピングしたジャンボ揚げ餃子はラーメンスープを吸って熱々さアップ。火傷しそうです。
次回は中華そば定食にしようかな。
