今日のランチは久しぶりに、
ラーメンな気分だったので、
玉野市の中心部にある、
ラーメン信さんへ。
醤油とんこつ系こってり
ラーメンと迷った挙句、
鶏魚介系あっさりラーメン750円。
塩味のスープに、トッピング
された柚の爽やかが加わり、
女性に好まれそうな優しい味。
濃い味が好みの方は、こってり
ラーメンがいいかな。
チャーシューが溶けそうな程
柔らかったのが、個人的には
残念で、もう少し食感が
楽しめたらと感じました。
