久々に玉野でお昼ご飯です。暖かくなり人出の多い休日に美味しいお昼を探索すべく食べログ検索。とりあえずやっぱラーメンいっちゃうんで、第一候補に上がった「ラーメン 信」さんにお邪魔しました。お店の駐車場はよくわからません。お店は十路地の角にあります。
来店が十三時半超えてましたがお客さんが結構います。
カウンターに案内され、注文したのはあっさりラーメン、鶏魚貝スープのラーメンみたいです。
カウンターだとラーメン作っている所がじっくり見えるんで良いです。大将がなんか独特な雰囲気纏ってるのも良いですね。
そうしていると着麺です。
スープに柚の皮が入っていて良い匂いがします。見た目の色は少し透明感があるような感じで一飲みすると魚介の風味と柚子の風味がします。鶏脂が浮いてますがさっぱり系ですね。塩ベースな感じのさっぱりスープです。
麺は中太ストレートでモチモチでチュルチュルって感じの麺は非常に美味しいです。私的にはもう少し硬めが良いですが。チャーシューは少し薄めでメッチャ大きいのが一枚。絶妙な柔らかさでまいうーです。
