岡山での所要が早めに終わり、時間に余裕があったのでお邪魔です。
県南部でなかなかご縁が無くて未訪問でした。
日曜日の１２時半前で２組待ちと賑わっています。
２０分くらいの待ちで入店でき、調理場の見渡せるカウンター席で頂きました。
奥さんと二人で、こってりの豚骨醤油７００円とあっさりの塩ラーメン７５０円、
唐揚げライスセット３００円に半替え玉１００円の注文。
途中でチェンジしましたが、どちらも旨し！
あっさりの塩は魚介出汁とのことですが、柚子皮を入れてもらったのでそのインパクトが強しです。
細目のストレート麺と低温調理のチャーシューでしょうか、白髪ネギに刻みネギで満足。
豚骨は醤油があまり効いていないタイプで長浜ラーメンに近い感じでしょうか。
メンマも多めで満足です。
替え玉は豚骨で、辛子高菜で味変して頂きました。
１玉だと多めに感じるので、半球があるのは有難しです。
唐揚げには柚子味噌でしょうか、トッピングされていて、なしでも旨しですが味変によしです。
たいへん美味しく頂け、満足です。
