今日は玉野市で打ち合わせ、仕事前にランチで立ち寄ったのは田井の「宇野港ラーメン」さん、田井みなと公園の北側になります。運輸会社さんの敷地内にありますので駐車場はかなり広いです！
12時30分頃の訪問で店内は4割程度、二部屋に別れておりテーブル数はかなり多いです。ラーメンの他に各種定食類も充実しています！
注文は「宇野港ラーメン（390円）」、豚骨醤油でお願いしました（他は醤油）。待つこと７～８分でやって来ました、乳白色のスープが美味しそうです。豚骨醤油スープは甘味がしっかり出ていますがそれほど奥行きは感じられません、癖のない味わいは万人受けしそうです。
麺は中細でやや縮れ、ツルツル食感で喉越し良いです。チャーシューは真四角なタイプが2枚、脂身少なく噛みごたえありました。他の具材はもやし・ナルト・ゆで卵半身・青ネギになります。
食堂系ラーメンの代表格ですね、豚骨醤油スープは岡山ラーメンほどクドくなく食べやすかったです^^
