玉野市御崎の『ロッジ』さんに行ってきました。
このお店の存在は知人より聞かされて知っていましたが、
完全なる住宅街の中にあり日曜定休という事で、やっと訪問です。
店内に入ると、四人掛けのテーブル席が４つのこじんまりとしたお店です。
御主人と奥様で営業されているようで、落ちついた雰囲気です。
壁には長野の山々や、鳥取大山の写真が掛かっており、御主人が
山がお好きなようです。『ロッジ』の店名の由来ですね。
さて、メニューを見ると、ステーキ、定食、丼物、カレー・・色々ありますね。
初訪なので、おすすめの「ハンバーグステーキセット」と奥さんは「カツカレー」を注文します。
暫くすると厨房から“ペタ ペタ ペタ”と音がします・・肉を今こねて空気抜きを
されている様、とても期待出来そうです。
肉を焼くいい匂いが店内に拡がり、15分ほどで到着です。
さっそくいただくと、つなぎの無い100%お肉のハンバーグです。
肉の味をダイレクトに感じ、深い味わいのデミグラスソースと相まって
まさに“ステーキ”を食べていると言う感じで、とても美味しいです♪
カツカレーの感想を聞くと、「美味しい」と言います。
どう、美味しいか聞くと「あんま、辛くない」と言います・・。
次回はカツカレーを食べる事にしました。
電話注文もある様で「○○さん宅、天丼３つ注文でーす」などと聞こえてきます。
地域に根ざした、良いお店の様です。
