11時オープンでしたが、開店と同時にほぼ満席（開店時間も待ち人数によって10分くらい早かったです）
昼のメニューは蕎麦単品か蕎麦定食の2種類のみ。全員定食頼んでいました。
つゆは月替わりはあさりのつゆ（あっさり塩味、複雑な旨みがあり何の調味料が入っているのかわからず）
ご飯の月替わりは釜揚げしらすごはん。しらすがこんなにふっくらしているものとは思っていませんでした。
あとはホタルイカの沖漬け、夢王の卵の味噌漬け、だし巻き
夢王おいしいですよね。1パック千円します。
ロケーションも最高です、山の中なので虫が多いのは仕方ない。
お蕎麦も何もつけなくても甘く美味しく驚きました。
大体そばつゆつけた方が美味しいと思っていたので。
➕300円で大盛りを頼んで大満足、そば茶も美味しかったです。
11:30ごろにはかなり待ち組が多く、車も停められない程でした。
月毎に変わるメニュー、ご飯、おかずが楽しみで、毎月行きたくなるお店になりました。

奥様はにこやかですが本当にキッチンにこもりっぱなしで大変なんだなぁと思いましたが
