お蕎麦が食べたいなと思い、玉野市にあるふくろう亭さんを見つけて訪問。他の口コミに、地元著名人の別荘だった場所と書かれていましたが、行ってわかります、本当にそんな雰囲気です。
山林の真横に、ミステリー小説にでも出てきそうな大きな豪邸が建っており、川のせせらぎを聞きながらお店に入ります。店内からは川が流れているのが見えます。
休日12時ごろ訪問したところ、店内の半分ほどが埋まっていました。メニューは蕎麦のみ、もしくは、蕎麦定食のどちらかを注文できます。
今回はこちらを注文。
・蕎麦定食 1,500円
この日の中身はこんな感じでした。
・蕎麦(蕎麦つゆと鶏つゆ)
・あん肝ポン酢
・こだわり卵の卵焼きと味玉
・鮭といくらのご飯
どれもこだわりを感じる料理で、とても美味しかったです。
特に蕎麦の鶏つゆが美味しくて、全部飲み干してしまいました。鳥の出汁がよく出ていて、生姜が効いており、ご飯との相性も良さそう！
あと、鮭といくらのご飯も絶品でした〜
鮭本体からほぐした鮭の身が程よい塩加減で、ご飯と食べたら幸せ〜〜〜ほっぺも落ちる〜〜鮭フレーク大好きなので、もう満足です！
お店の雰囲気も料理も、どれをとっても素晴らしかったです！ごちそうさまでした。
