＜2015年7月訪問＞
今日も美味しいパンを買いに行ってきましたよ、場所は玉野市長尾にある「フクちゃんのパン屋さん」です。6月９日にオープンされました。駐車場は共同でかなりありますよ。１１時過ぎの訪問で先客０でした。
私が購入したものは、「キーマカレーパン（150円）」「クロワッサン（100円）」「フィラデルフィアソーセージパイ（150円）」「キルッシュ（150円）」「ブルーベリーペストリー（150円）」「フクちゃんの気まぐれクッキー（チョコ 180円）」です。
キーマカレーパンはチキンと野菜をじっくり煮込んでいます。油で揚げてなく焼いています。かなりスパイスが効いていて本格的なカレーパンですね、今までで一番スパイスが効いていましたよ！！。フィラデルフィアソーセージパイは、粗挽きソーセージをクロワッサンで巻き、チーズソースで焼いています。全体的に軟らかく中の粗挽きソーセージは濃い味わいです。朝食向きのパンですね。
ブルーベリーペストリーは、外はデニッシュ生地で中は濃厚な味わいのブルーベリーが入っています。中のカスタードクリームとの対比が面白いですね。フクちゃんの気まぐれクッキーは、ベーキングパウダーや膨張材を使っておらず、優しい味わいが特徴です、食べるとほっこりしますね。
