本格的手作りハンバーガーのお店 |
早朝7時から開店されている、
宇野港近くのハンバーガーショップ、
ナンバーエイトワイヤーさんへ。
8時過ぎに来店しましたが、テイク
アウト中心のサービスながら、
2階にイートインがある模様。
牛＋チェダー780円
オニオンリング330円
ジンジャーエール170円
注文を受けてからも調理らしく、
10分かかりますとのこと。
店の周りには駐車場はないのと、
お昼時は時間がかかるのを
覚悟しないと。
ちなみに、チーズは3種類あり、
カマンベール、ゴルゴンゾーラも
あるようです。
待ちに待ったハンバーガーを
海の見えるベンチで朝食。
持った感じからもズシリと
重たく感じ、また見た目も
かなりボリューミー。
バンズもハード、中身も中々。
肝心なお味は肉汁たっぷりの
オーストラリア産牛乳ミンチと
ベーコン、シャキシャキの
レタスと赤タマネギ、水々しい
トマトが入っていて、大満足。
オニオンリングは1人分だと、
やや量が多いのと、付け合わせの
ディップソースが塩辛いのが
たまにキズ。
サワークリームとかだったらな
とは、個人的な好みか。
あと、定休日が日曜と月曜みたい
ですが、せめて隔週ぐらいで
日曜開けてもらうのと嬉しいな。
いずれにせよ、玉野の中でも
穴場的なお店でまた通いたい
お店の仲間入りです。
