本格的手作りハンバーガーのお店 |
コロナ禍でイートインはなく、近くの公園で食べた。メニューはパティに牛、鶏を使ったもの、港町らしく朝をテーマとするバーガー、さらには店名を冠した代表的な「NO.8」など。この日はパティに牛＋チーズをセレクトし、チーズはチェダーをチョイスした。コロナ感染対策で、オーダー後はドアの前で待ち、レシートの番号を呼ばれると買ったものをピックアップする。ハンバーガーを食べるのはとても久し振りで批評できる立場ではないのだが、素材感をとても大切にしているのに感心した。子どものころ食べていたバーガーはケチャップやソースの味だったが、バンズのパンの味、レタスの食感、チーズの味、牛肉の味わいなど素材の味がケチャップに紛れることなく感じられた。余談だが、スパイスカレー、海鮮の店舗など並びには美味しそうな店が多く、楽しみなエリアだ。
