本格的手作りハンバーガーのお店 |
2023年2月4日夫婦でランチに往訪。
県内でも評判の良いお店だと聞いたので、行って見た。ビルはラスト（錆）テイストで、外観は廃墟風。お店の駐車場は無いので、かと言って路駐する訳にも行かないので、近くのスーパーの駐車場に車を停めて、少し歩いてお店へ。ちなみに、スーパーのトイレには県警制作の「廃墟探検はやめて！」のポスターがあったのだけど、何処の事だかは分からない。蛇足ながら、ここのスーパーでちゃんと買物をして帰ったのは言う迄も無い。
少し並んでいて、数分待ってオーダー。「牛＋チーズ」のニュージーランド産チェダーチーズ版とゴルゴンゾーラ版を注文。あとは、ポテトとコーラ。オーダーしたらまた外で待って、品物を渡して貰ったら、ホラーかコメディーか分からない階段を登って２Fダイニングへ。
バンズはやや大きめ。カリカリに焼いてある。私の好み。パテはバンズにぴったり収まるサイズ。あと、トマトと、フリルレタスと、スライスオニオンと、トマトソースと、マヨネーズ、かな。ちゃんとしてる。かなりレベル高いと思う。
経営的に見ると、敢えて、ダイニングを厨房から切り離すって、凄く画期的な発想なのかも知れない。それに、お店で食べずに、目の前の公園で海を見ながら食べる事を「オシャレなトレンド」として定着させてるって、〇〇ダイニング誌とかから取材が来ても良いくらいだと思う。
今度は、朝バーガーを狙って行こうかと思っている。
