本格的手作りハンバーガーのお店 |
岡山出張の際、ランチで利用しました。
宇野港を見渡せる海沿いに建つ、ちょいとレトロなビルの1階にお店はあります。
お店の専用駐車場はありませんが、海沿いに車を停められるので問題ありません。
平日昼11:00前、待ちなしで入れました。
注文したのは「牛＋チェダーチーズ」(850円)に、「コーラ」(180円)。
待つこと10分弱、ずっしりしたハンバーガーはバーガー袋に包まれた状態で提供されます。
1階で受け取り、2階の海が見渡せるイートインスペースに持って上がっていただきます。
お値段的にサイズが小さめか、具材の種類少なめかと思いましたが、そのどちらでもありません。
粗挽きの大きなパテ、チェダーチーズ、トマト、玉ねぎ、レタスに、ベーコンまで入っています。
自家製トマトソース、自家製マヨネーズの組み合わせも秀逸で、サイズを全く感じさせないぐらいにぺろっと食べられてしまいます。
ポテトが350円、オニオンリングが400円など、サイドメニューはちょいと高めですが、いらないという需要もあるかと思うので、これはこれでいいと思います。
昔はみんなここから宇高連絡船で四国に渡ってたんだなぁと、便利な世の中に感謝しつつ、ノスタルジックな気分に浸ってみました。
