【2006年9月笠岡市富岡より移転】 |
倉敷から車で広島を目指す途中、一度食べてみたかった笠岡のラーメン屋さんに立ち寄った。場所は卸売市場の一角にあった。昼を少し過ぎていたので店内はお客さんいない。一番おすすめを聞くと醤油ラーメンとのことなのでそれと半チャーハンのセットがあったのでこれにした。
ラーメンには醤油・塩・味噌などがあり醤油生産地以外でも美味しい醤油ラーメンがいただけることがある。鶏と魚介をベースにしたスープは美味しく、鶏チャーシューもしっかり味がついていて美味しかったです。
