2015年7月25日の岡山遠征初日、2軒目・おっつぁんに続いて笠岡3軒目は、再び片道2kmを戻り、駅近くの「お多津」へ。

行きの2kmも、戻りの2kmも、やっぱ徒歩はシンドイわ…。

旅館の1階にある食事処で、元々は日本料理店。
カウンターの中には、天ぷらの揚げ場がある。

中華そば…650円
鶏の香漂う醤油清湯に老鶏チャーシューと、ルックスこそ笠岡のソレだが。
口にすれば相模原時代の69 'N' ROLL ONEばりのキレキレなネオ鶏清湯。
細切りのメンマも今風だし、何より鶏油の使い方が時流に沿ったもの。
胡麻の香りも良いアクセントになっとるし、こりゃ凄ぇわ。
3杯目でも一切の苦なく、必然のKK、遠征先では久々のトリ完。

ブログには書かなかった余談だが、食べていた席にハンドタオルを忘れて店を出たら、女将がご丁寧にハンドタオルを持って追いかけてきてくれた。炎天下での食べ歩きだったので、本当に感謝。
