本日は岡山県笠岡市のお多津さんへ。
こちらには過去2回中華そばを食べに訪れています。
【中華そば 650円】
当店の人気メニューです。過去含めて3度来ましたが、3度とも味が違いました。当初に来た時には淡麗味強い柔らかなスープ、2度目は鶏出汁のコクが深いガツンと来るスープ、今回は当初の淡麗味に出汁の深みを感じるスープです。いずれも極めて美味。ラーメンのスープの一つの頂点です。
私は、油で食べさせる食事はあまり好きではありません。中年になって油に弱くなっているのもありますが、あらゆるラーメンは、スープのうまみで食べさせるべきと思っています。従いまして、尾道ラーメンの背油があまり好きではありません。そのような中、鶏出汁の深みで食べさせる笠岡ラーメンは一つの醤油ラーメンの頂点の形の一つと思っています。
当中華そばは、かしわも深みのある味で笠岡ラーメンにはなくてはならない存在です。同時に、いりごまが振りかけられており、香ばしさを演出。唐辛子の千切りがピリリと辛味を出しています。私の最も好きな醤油ラーメンの一つです。
なお、後から来たお客さんが本日の日替わり定食を頼んでいました。本日の日替わりは、アジフライか鯛の煮つけで、800円というリーズナブルさです。見てみると、極めてボリュームたっぷりの内容であり、現在は当店ではこちらを頼むべきでしょう。
これから身近な存在の笠岡には頻繁にお邪魔していろいろ食べたいと思っています。福山の近隣都市としていつもお世話になっています。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします^^
