13時過ぎに入店。
一見ラーメンがあるのか、と思いながら、入店します。
本来割烹店なので、メニューも天ぷら御膳とか、ラーメンがあるとも思えませんが、入店すると中華そば650円の短冊が壁にはってあります。また、帰りにあらためて入口を見るとラーメンのちようちんが、ぶらさがっています。３割程の入でしょうか。
その7割の人がラーメンを食べているようです。
そして、もちろんラーメン650円を注文します。
待つこと5分程で着丼です。
薄味のとりがら醤油ラーメンでしょうか。
それにしようがとごま油の風味が加わっているようです。ただのラーメン。されど素晴らしく美味しいです。おそらく天然の素材しか使っていないのでは。ピュアなのですが、それを感じさせない普通さ。旨いです。ごま油がなんとも言えずにいい風味です。これも少しだけで、しつこくなく、風味飲み残している感じ。
チャーシューは硬めです。出汁をとった鶏を味付けして煮詰め焼いた感じでしょうか。こちらもスープとの相性は抜群です。
麺はシコツルのやや細麺。
このラーメンを食べるためだけに、この駅で降りましたが、降りた甲斐がありました。
