旅館三洋の一階にあります。
駐車場は旅館の右隣に3台停められます。
入口は旅館側と別々ですが、中でつながっています。
店内はお多津側から入ると正面にカウンター、右側にテーブルと小上がりがあり
和風な雰囲気ですが、敷居は高くないので普段着でもＯＫです。
メニューは天ぷら御膳、刺身御膳、ステーキ御膳などでメニューにラーメンは無く、
壁の短冊メニューに中華そばと１枚だけ貼ってありました。
注文したのは
・中華そば ６５０円
女将さんに普通でいいですか？っと尋ねられたので、大盛りも出来るようですが
普通で注文しました。
スープは鶏系でサッパリとした濃いめの醤油味。
生姜の風味がを利かしています。
濃い色のスープにキラキラと金色に輝く鶏油が食欲をそそります。
麺は中細ストレートで、ややコシあり。
プツンとした歯ごたえで、ツルツルと喉越しは良いですね。
チャーシューは鶏醤油チャーシューで薄くスライスされて8枚程度入っています。
固さがあるのですが、スライスされているので、お年寄りや子供も食べやすいと思います。
メンマは細切りでシャキシャキと食感は良いですね。あとは青ネギと胡麻、糸唐辛子。
時折、胡麻の風味がでて味に変化が出て良いですね。
おっつぁんと比べると、
スープと価格はおっつぁん
麺、チャーシュー、雰囲気、美観はお多津でどちらも甲乙付けがたいですね。
