念願かなって初訪問♪

丁寧に掃除をされた庭先にはしっとりと打ち水、鹿威しの音がしっとりと響きます

肉厚の鰆、コリコリのヒラメ、軽く炙って旨みが出ている帆立、
新鮮車海老と頭はボイルしてミソの旨みを堪能♪
