二度目の訪店です！
道の駅中でも、ここの「レストラン四季彩」は
かなりレベルが高いです。
よって、人気も。土日の行列はあたり前。
特に、ひまわり、コスモスの咲くころは。
料理は、バイキング形式か、笠岡ラーメンのみ。
でも、殆どの人がバイキング。
だって、バイキングでも笠岡ラーメンが食べれるんです。
時間は、1時間の制限があります。
ここの料理は、野菜、魚がおしいい。
なかでも、地元でとれる野菜の料理は(*^^)v
今回食べた、プチトマトのマリネ、トマトが甘い。
よくＴＶで、果物みたいと表現するけど、ほんとそのとおり。
隣りの市場で買って帰ったが、当たり外れが(+_+)
やはり食材を選ぶ目が必要なのを痛感(>_<)
料理は、その時期で変動があります。
開店直後に入るには、チョットしたコツがありますが、
ここでは、m(__)m
