ランチタイムの笠岡ラーメン食べ歩き。
やってきたのは笠岡の大人気な道の駅。
そこにあるレストランでも笠岡ラーメンを食べることができますよ(´∀｀)
「レストラン四季彩」さん。
本来であればビュッフェ形式のランチが有名だそうですが、コロナの影響で単品注文方式となっていました。
店内は清潔感があり、明るくて広々しています。
店内中央に置かれたビュッフェ用のテーブルが少し寂しそうです。
メニューを見ます。
コロナ時のメニュー構成です。
ラーメンがメイン的になっており、その他各種定食があります。
道の駅なので地元の名物的なメニューを期待される方もいらっしゃるでしょうが、ざっと見た感じだと、名物的メニューは笠岡ラーメンくらいでしょうか。
以下、本日いただいたもの。
◎笠岡ラーメン（600円）
鶏脂がたっぷり浮いた琥珀色のスープです。
笠岡ラーメンに忠実な鶏ガラベースの醤油ラーメン。
専門店と比較するとどうしてもスープのインパクトが弱く感じますが、道の駅のレストランと考えると総合的にバランスのとれた万人受けするスープではないでしょうか。
麺は中細で笠岡ラーメンのベーシックタイプ。
親鶏チャーシューはしっかりとした歯応え。
ネギは大きめに切られています。
間違いなく笠岡ラーメン！ですね(*´▽｀*)ﾉ))
笠岡ラーメンの専門店って若干入り難いお店が多いので、こちらは気軽に入れるのではないでしょうか。
