This Ramen restaurant opened in January 2017.
On January 27, 2017, we opened our first Kasaoka Ramen, bringing you Taiwanese Mazesoba, a dish not available in Kasaoka. Please come and visit us! |
こちらは、笠岡市番町地区のラーメン屋さんです。お店の前と裏のほうに大きめの駐車場があります。
ここは、笠岡ラーメンのお店ではありますが、伝統的な笠岡ラーメンではないようですね。たぶん、スープのベースが鶏ガラだけじゃないのではないのかも。らチャーシューも、親鳥だけではありませんし。
ですけど、食べる側としては、伝統的であろうとなかろうと、美味しければそれでよし。実際、とても美味しくて満足のいくラーメンです。
２種類の味を混ぜるのは、難しいはずですけど、見事に調和してます。美味しいは正義、です！あと、味変アイテムとして、ポルチーニペーストがあるのもオリジナリティあっていいですねー。
プレーンな醤油ベースのほかにも、塩ベースがありますし、台湾まぜそばなどもあるようですね。笠岡を訪れた際にはまた行ってみたいと思います。
