11/3(金)～11/5(日)は後輩と一緒に、中国地方飲食店巡り。
３日目２軒目→笠岡市四番町→麺屋 千鳥→塩Soba、台湾まぜめし
歯切れの良い細麺に、鶏の旨味と風味が詰まった塩ベースのスープ。
具材はチャーシュー、親鶏チャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ、柚子。
途中で別皿提供のポルチーニペーストと白トリュフオイルで、味変を楽しむ事が出来ます。
ご飯の上にミンチ肉、卵黄、ニラ、ネギ、刻み海苔、魚粉が乗った台湾まぜめしは、しっかりと食べ応えがあります。
細麺・鶏ガラスープ・親鶏チャーシューが特徴の笠岡ラーメン。
過去に行った老舗の人気３店舗とは違い、笠岡ラーメンの本質は守りつつ、独自のオリジナリティを加えた、温故知新の笠岡ラーメンと言う印象です。
テーブル席や小上がり席は無く、カウンター席のみの縦長で奥行きのある、落ち着いた雰囲気のラーメン屋さん。
元気で丁寧な気持ちの良い接客応対も好印象です。
開店時間の15分前到着でＰＰゲット。
