料理 牛鍋とは簡単に言うと一人すき焼き鍋。
大き目な固形燃料でゆっくりと火が通ります。
肉の赤色が変わったら即、オンザライス(^з^)-☆
和牛のスライスの量は少なめで白飯との
夢のコラボは一瞬でしたが、本当に美味しく頂きました。
残った甘めな出汁をご飯に併せたりしておかわり戴きました。
