以前こちらは「粋呑房」さんでしたが、移転されて現在の店名になってから初めて入店しました。
メニューにはラーメンや定食などがありましたが、蒜山に来たらやはりということで、焼そば定食にしました。こちらのお店の焼そばは、蒜山の他店よりもキャベツが大きく、鶏肉は小さく切ってあり、違う食感が味わえます。
味は甘めですが、にんにく等の香味系の味がしっかりしていて、なかなか楽しめます。もうちょっと量があったらより嬉しいですが、味に満足して帰りました。
なお、「蒜山焼そば」を名乗っているのは「蒜山焼そばすいとん会」に加盟している店だけらしいですが、こちらもしっかりと「蒜山系」焼そばです。
