津山は津山牛で有名ということで、津山牛がリーゾナブルに食べられる店に同僚に連れてきてもらいました。
津山肉料理専門店で、家庭では味わえない尚かつハズレのない店を目指しているということで、実際のその通りでした。
津山牛はもちろんのことそれ以外の料理、ホルモや干し肉といった珍しいメニューも全て美味しかったです。
お店の雰囲気は、通常の居酒屋のような感じで堅苦しくなく、スタッフの方々も気さくな感じで良かったです。
当時は完全予約制とも聞いていますので、行くさいは事前予約されることをお勧めします。
