同窓会で伺いました。
トモダチ情報によると、そずり鍋でテレビに出たとか。
ですから、当然、そずり鍋を頂きました。
その他、津山名物のヨメナカセ、焼き鳥、イサキの塩焼き、唐揚げ、軟骨の唐揚げと。
そずり鍋ですが、野菜以外のものは事前にお店の方が調理してから出してくれます。
野菜はしゃぶしゃぶ程度に温めてから頂きます。
肉の他にも、玉ねぎ、大根、サニーレタスが醤油ベースの汁に合って、美味しくいただけます。
少し濃いめにすき焼きって感じでしょうか。
お肉や魚のメニューが沢山あります。
