霜月序盤の休日、県中西部をドライブ．．．冷え込みがまだきつくないので紅葉はこれからですね。ドライブの途中で昼餉にお邪魔したのは津山市の「石川屋」さん、外観がかなり渋い鉄板焼＆お好み焼き屋さんです。
12時半頃の訪問で先客2名さん、その後どんどんお客さんが来られて満席になりました。鉄板席の端っこに着き、メニュー表を眺めます。
注文は「ホルモンうどん（770円）」、有名な津山のBグルメを選択です。細身の大将が手際よく焼いてくださいます、ホルモンは見た目ではっきり分かる新鮮さ、野菜もしっかりでオリジナルのタレを投入して仕上げます。
熱々鉄板の上で頂きましょう！ 甘辛いタレが全体に絡んで美味しいですね、ホルモンはぷりぷり食感で歯ごたえ良好、野菜もしっかり感が残ってバランス良好、酒アテにも良いですが白飯にも合うでしょう！！
鄙びた外観は少し入り難さを感じるかもしれませんが、鉄板焼はどれも外れなしだと思います。次回は運転手を仕立てて、ホルモン焼きと麦酒を頂きましょう(*^^*)
