口コミを見て昼時間に行ってみました。
運転良く駐車場に一台空きが有り入ってみました。
店内は小さく狭い。6人掛けの小さな鉄板。
2人用のテーブルが２つ。
既に鉄板台には若い男女が6人。
そして2人用テーブルには1組。
運良くテーブルが一つ空いてましたのでそちらに。
しかし鉄板の回りのお客さんが食べ終わると大将が鉄板台の方にと合図してくれ、鉄板台の方へ。
一番人気のレバー焼き(ちゅんちゅん焼き)にホルモン焼きうどん、ホルモン焼きそばを注文。
お好み焼きを注文しましたが時間が掛かるとの事で断念。
しかし ごま油にお塩の効いたこのレバー焼きは最高の旨さです。人気なのは納得です。
次から次へと若い男女が入って来ます。
入り切れません。
みんなレバーのちゅんちゅん焼きを注文してました。
ホルモン焼きうどん 焼きそばは想像に任せます。
独特の柚子味と思われるタレは絶品でした。
