『ホルモン』@800円(税込) はココでは小腸のこと、新鮮でプリプリ、ほおばる大きさ。
匂わないし脂も消化もスッキリ。
炒めものや麺類は食材もボリュームも良心的、各々に合うソースもたのしいです。
【おたふく】さんはシンプルな味付けで「謎旨味」をほぼ感じません。
『キムチ』まで自家製、歯ごたえも甘くないのも好み。
どれにもこだわりを感じるけれど、印象的なのは『スジポン』。
煮こごり抜きの津山名物「煮こごり」です。
