During the Bon holidays, most other restaurants were closed or full of reservations, so I decided to make a new day of it and visited this restaurant. Tabelog I was nervous about whether it would be a good or a bad day, so I made a reservation before leaving home and visited the restaurant. There were no other customers in the restaurant and it was reserved. We were shown to a tatami room, but it was obviously hotter than the floor and we were sweating just sitting there (^_^; It was so hot that we opened the sliding door, but it was closed without a second thought. The baby I brought with me was drenched in sweat (lol). When I asked them to cool down the room, they did so, but if they have been in business for a long time, they should know what temperature to set and which room to set it at... I was bothered. Edamame for the entrée was on the table beforehand. The black edamame were boiled with a nice amount of salt and were quite tasty. reserved The blur in my mind became even thicker when the first drink didn't come easily, even though I only ordered oolong tea and Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) at the restaurant. We ordered grilled skewers, Fried food and stir-fried dishes, and the food came out speedily. What bothered me was the yomenakase; a 2mm x 5mm piece of shavings? There were quite a lot of them. If you eat it at home, it would be a waste, so it is perfectly acceptable to serve it as well, but in a restaurant where the main dish is for enjoying the texture, and where the price is so high, you shouldn't put so many of these things in.... We also ordered a fresh kingfish sashimi (priced at a certain amount per gram). First of all, the plate was slightly warm at the temperature of the kitchen. The sashimi was placed directly on the plate, so as I ate the slightly warm sashimi, I imagined the fish swimming in the high water temperature fish tank until a few minutes ago, and I felt a little nervous. I had always thought of leatherfish as a fish with soy sauce for the liver! I thought it was supposed to be liver soy sauce, but for some reason there was no liver... I was eating it while grumbling, "Where did the liver go? When we were about to pay the bill, my husband said he wanted to try the eel and asked the manager, "How much is the price difference between natural and farm-raised eel? He replied, "About twice as much. My husband seemed to be confused, but I honestly wondered what was the point of eating natural eel here, so I whispered to him in a low voice, "Let's go with farm-raised. After a while, the eel bowl arrived. My husband said, "The broiling is pretty good! He ate it while saying that the sauce could be a little more. The bill was 12,000 yen for the two of us. We didn't eat a full meal and drank only one alcoholic drink (Chuhai (Shochu cocktail)), so for me, it was a very incomplete meal... It was quite expensive for what we ate, and I felt like I was beaten up the most recently (lol). I will not come back again.
