Saturday night. I was looking for a restaurant with private rooms, and this was my first time to make a reservation. When I entered the store, there were counter seats, but this time I went to a private room with a tatami room for four people. Since there were only two of us, it wasn't too cramped and felt just right. It's a private room for four people, but it's only separated from the adjacent private room by a thin board and sliding door, and the upper part is empty, so I could hear the voices of other customers. I appreciate the chairs with backrests✨ The menu is handwritten. It's a little hard to read, but I think it tastes good. No one could stay at the counter, but there were customers in other private rooms. There was one staff member preparing the food and one staff member working on the floor, and it took quite a while for the first dish to arrive, probably because they were busy. The drinks came first, so I was able to drink while waiting, which was fine, but... After the first item arrived, the dishes were brought out smoothly one after another. Fried tofu served with mochi and eggplant...The fried tofu is piping hot and the soup stock is delicious! ️The rice cake is also soft and delicious. Salad with radish and crispy potatoes...the texture of fried crispy potatoes is nice. The dressing is also delicious. The homemade dried meat and charcoal grilled beef were also delicious. Sandwich grilled Kyoto duck and foie gras...The tableware is also stylish. The duck meat was thick and tender, and the foie gras was melty. I enjoyed it with shiso leaves. The overall taste of the food was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly.
