岡山県の津山までドライブです！
まずは、「津山学びの鉄道館」で津山扇形機関車庫などを見学、、いや〜楽しいですねー。
さてとランチですが、津山市郊外のまるでフランスにある素敵な建物のような感じの『Ristorante CIELO』さんに事前予約して伺いました。
建物だけでなく店内も本当に素晴らしい雰囲気、、噂の赤いソファが出迎えてくれます！
完全予約制のランチはコースのみで3,500円と7,700円の2択、3,500円のコースをお願いしておりました。
まずは、ノンアルのビールとエルダーフラワーのレモネードで乾杯！
このレモネード、めっちゃくちゃ美味しいです( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )
●前菜
キッシュ、コールラビの冷製スープ、もち麦とビーツのマリネ、ポテトサラダ、グリーンサラダ。
ほんとどれも上質で美味しいですが特に、サラダのドレッシング（蜂蜜andレモン）がすごく美味しかった！
●津山小麦の自家製パン
最初はフォカッチャで、後からポテトのパンを提供、ほんと美味しい！
●パスタ
愛知産あさりと地元生産者のアスパラのクリームソースパスタ。
最高のアルデンテにめっちゃ美味しいソース、、
●メイン料理
津山黒豚のサルティンボッカ
お肉も美味しいし、ソースも美味しい。お皿なめたくなりました！
●リゾット
瀬戸内のベイカとインゲンのリゾット。
●小デザート
カラミンサのビアンコマンジャーレ、グラニテと甘夏ジュレ
ビアンコマンジャーレとはココナッツミルクを使ったパンナコッタみたいなものだそうです。
本当にめちゃ美味しい！
●Caffe
僕はアイスコーヒー、家内はハーブティーをお願いしました。
さすが、大阪の某名店でお仕事されていただけあって、どれも美味しいですし、奥様のサーブもつかず離れず心地よいです。また、津山のお買い物の情報なども教えてくださってありがたかったです。
ほんと、また行きたくなるお店でした。
