数年前からお伺いしたくは思っていましたが、シェフは地の素材を活かした料理や狩猟の免許を取られジビエ料理に取り組まれている素晴らしい料理人あり、マダムはパティシエかつシニアソムリエであるグリーンスター獲得のお店と言う事もあり、なぜか敷居が高そうな感じがしてて、コロナ禍からは予約オンリーにもなっていて、お店の前の通りを何十回となく通り過ぎてしまっていました。
今回は勇気を持ってお伺いしてみました。
ランチコース 3500円 (税込)をいただきました。

鰯のベッカフィーコやパスタの絶妙な茹で加減や味香り豊かなリゾットや『イル・リコッターロ』さんのチーズ使ったデザートは私好みで大変美味しくいただく事ができ大感激しました。
地元の食材を巧みに活かして調理されていて、また食器も地元産の物を随所に使われているみたいで、流石グリーンスター獲得のレストランだなあ〜と納得しました。
そんな素晴らしいレストランでありながら、お料理は超リーズナブル価格であり、一度お伺いすればまたお伺いしたいPOPなお店で大ファンになりました♥♥♥♥♥
ソムリエさんがいらっしゃるお店での不躾な我儘な希望なのですが、絶対にお料理とのペアリングが最高とは重々承知していますが、なんせ車でのお伺いになってしまうので、できたらノンアルコールの(スパーリング)ワインがあればなぁ〜〜と思いましたm(_ _)m (メニューにノンアルビールがあるのは気付いてましたが)
最後に、また近いうちにお伺いしたいと考えています。
