そば処やまみちさんでお友達とランチ。
11時から予約していたのに時間を勘違いしていて遅刻してしまいましたが、事前に連絡したので変更して貰えました
良かった
この日は珍しくお客さん少なめでスムーズに席へ案内して貰えました。
先日はオープン時に20人ほど並んでいたそうです
私もお友達もせいろそば・小天丼￥1180をオーダー。追加で陶板鴨の柳川￥1130も♥️
先に陶板鴨の柳川が運ばれてきました。
陶板がグツグツいっててめちゃくちゃ美味しそう♥️
少し甘めの出汁がまた美味い♥️ご飯にかけて食べたら最高だろうな鴨肉も柔らかくて美味しかった一瞬で無くなった
そしてせいろそばと小天丼到着。
本日のそばは新そばで、北海道雨竜郡産そば粉を使用したものだそうです。
そばは弾力があり、モチッと食感がいい。ツルツルっと喉越しもいい。
小天丼はエビと海苔とあと何か忘れたけどお野菜が乗っていて、天丼のタレも美味しくてあっという間に無くなった
そばもさらりと頂き、そば湯でツユを頂き、美味しく完食致しました♥️
美味しい食事をありがとうございました☺ご馳走様でした♥️
しそとの柚子を更科そばに練りこんだ、夕凪そばも気になるのでまた行きたいです✨
