冬らしい天候の中を休日ランチに訪れたのは奈義町「ラ・ジータ」さん、久々の訪問、以前は勝央町にありました!。岡山県北初「真のナポリピッツァ協会」認定店として有名ですよね。
前日予約で席を確保、開店時間で入店、奥の4人掛けテーブルに入ります。休日は予約で満席になりますので早めの行動が正解です!!
注文は「ブラッチョディフェッロ」、サラダとドリンクが付きます。待つこと10分少々で焼き上がりました、マスターが席まで運んでくださいます。
ブラッチョディフェッロ、ナポリの土着ピザで”ポパイの鉄の腕”名称。ほうれん草を煮込んだ自家製リコッタチーズ使用、鮮やかなグリーンが綺麗ですね。ミラノサラミの小片が肉肉しい味わいでアクセントになっていました。
縁はしっかり厚みが中に行くほど薄くなる生地、全体パランスも良好、大きなサイズですが一枚をペロッと頂けました(*^^*)
