こちらは、岡山県北部の都市、美作市のラーメン屋さん。美作のメイン通りにあるお店です。駐車場は、お店の前となります。
スープ系のラーメンが多い岡山では珍しい、つけめん推しのラーメン屋さん。岡山では、つけめんも濃厚コッテリは少なく、こちらも、東京のような濃厚つけ麺ではありません。
スープは、少し甘めのテイスト。麺は、太めのゴワゴワした食べ応えバツグンのものでした。東京のつけ麺に慣れきった人からすれば、濃厚つけ麺としては満足はできないかも。
ただ、アッサリしすぎてもいませんし、つけ麺としては、岡山県ではかなり美味しいお店だと思いました。
