久しぶりに日生に出掛けました。
当然、目的はカキオコ。
カキオコと言えば決めている店があるが、違うとお店も味わっておきたいので、今回は「福来」に。
いつも通り、あえて時間を外して行ったのですが、さすが人気店、店の中はお客で一杯。
それでもすぐに座れて、注文を。 当然、「カキオコ」
待っている時間に壁に貼られたお品書きを見ていると、種類が豊富。
それに安い！！
焼きそば 450円 、 豚玉 500円
それらと比べるとカキオコ 900円は、少しお高いかも。
いつも行く店もカキオコ 1000円～なので、日生のカキオコとしては普通ってところか。
このお店のテーブルには、青のり・マヨネーズ・紅ショウガ・ソースが置いてある。
足らなければ使うのかなと思っていると、テーブルにカキオコが皿に載って運ばれてきた。
見てみると、カキオコにはソースしかかかっていない。
青のり・マヨネーズ・紅ショウガは、お客がお好みでかけるスタイルなのだ。
それではと、マヨネーズと紅ショウガをあしらえて実食。
最初の一口で気付いたのは、ソースが少し違う。
スパイスの香りが口に広がる。
シナモン？ 八角？
おたふくソースによく似た香り。
このスパイスのおかげか、多めのソースでもさっぱりいただける。
また、このソースが大粒のカキとよく合う。
カキは何個ぐらい使っているのだろうか。
切るところ切るところでカキが現れる。
これも嬉しところ。
ちょっとだけ残念なのが、鉄板で食べれない点と、鏝がないところ。
お皿の上のお好み焼きを箸で食べるのがここのスタイル。
折角お店で食べるのだから、最後までアツアツのお好み焼きを食べたいものだ。
