Today I went to have a delicious lunch at Villa Stella in Hinase-cho, Bizen City. I made a reservation and visited, and although I was the first to arrive today, all the seats were reserved. I ordered the special Oyster lasagna (limited to 5 servings) for 2,000 yen + dessert for 300 yen from the 4 types of pasta lunch. The menu consisted of salad, truffle consommé soup, baguette, special Oyster lasagna, Chocolate cake, and lemon tea. The salad and truffle consommé soup were classic flavors, and the special Oyster lasagna was made with minced Oyster and Oyster-flavored white sauce. Oyster were very large and plump, and the insides were juicy and delicious. Chocolate cake for dessert was rich and had a favorite flavor. I would like to come back for another delicious lunch.
