先ずはスープを一口。
クリーミーな豚骨スープ。優しい味わいです。
麺は細麺ストレート。硬めの茹で加減です。
日替りのトンカツは、ミニサイズで半分にカットされ、ソースは最初からかけられています。
美味しく頂きました。
