岡山の牛窓オリーブ園の中にあるカフェ。
岡山県瀬戸内市を中心に複数のカフェを展開しているキノシタショウテンの系列店です。
以前、キノシタショウテンのコーヒー豆を通販で購入して美味しかったので、岡山付近に来たら系列店に絶対に行こうと決めていました。
キノシタショウテンには行けませんでしたが、牛窓に来たので、こちらのお店に寄りました。
牛窓オリーブ園のオリーブショップの2階。こんなところにあるとはびっくり。窓から瀬戸内海を一望できます。
コーヒー豆は1種類のみ。この日はイエメンの浅煎りor深煎りでした。
豆の種類ではなく、好みに応じて淹れ方を選べました。深煎りとはいえ中深くらいらしいので、イエメンの深煎りのハンドドリップにしました。
わりと値段が高くて、豆の種類を選べないのが残念ではありますが、こんなに海を一望できるロケーションは東京では味わえないので、行けて良かった！
