沖縄滞在中に一度はうかがいたかったお店、うりずんさんを訪問しました。
予約なしでの訪問でしたが、幸運にも空席ありでした。
雰囲気のある店内に入り案内された席に着くと、
とても不思議な香りが。
何かと思うと、泡盛の古酒の香りなんですね。とてもいい香りです。
一通りのお料理を頼もうと、メニューと格闘。
ラフテー、ジーマーミー豆腐、ゴーヤチャンプルー、
麩チャンプルー、島豚ソーキの炭火焼、
あと、とても楽しみにしていた「グルクンのからあげ」などをオーダーしました。
飲み物はノンアルコールで、沖縄定番のさんぴん茶を。
全てのお料理をおいしくいただけました。
グルクンは(沖縄の県魚とのこと)は、とても歯応えがしっかりした白身魚でした。
店員さんのアドバイスによると、顔の部分をいただくのが通の方の食べ方のようで…
残さずしっかりいただきました。
次回は、うりずんさんが元祖のお料理である、
ドゥル天をしっかり頼みたいと思います。
