繁華街から離れたところにある焼肉屋さん。
週末にお邪魔しました。
お店は薄暗くてもの静かな雰囲気。
掘りごたつの席に案内されました。
いただいたお肉は、タン、ロース、カルビ、鶏肉。
牛肉は部位によって県産だったりアメリカ産だったり。
鶏肉は国産でした。おすすめの‘タレ’で。
タンはレモンが乗っているけど、レモンダレが準備されているので、レモンがなくても大丈夫。
このタンが、これまでになく分厚い。しかも大きい。
贅沢だけど、1枚をひとくちで…歯ごたえがしっかりあって、タンの旨味が口の中に広がる。
レモンでさっぱりした味。贅沢としか言えません。
ロースは真っ赤なお肉。これも厚みがある。焼いても柔らかさをキープしたまま。
周りを少しコンガリ焼いても柔らかいまま。
こんなに柔らかなロースは初めてかも。
カルビは、ロースよりも脂肪があり、一切れが大きめ。カリッと焼いたら美味しかった！
クッパは、卵やニラが入ったシンプルなもの。すごくアッサリしていて、味は薄め。
石焼ビビンバはお焦げが煎餅化していて、そのカリカリが美味しくて争奪戦でした。
