平日夜に伺いました。
事前に電話をするとこの日はかなり落ち着いているとのことでした。
お店に着くとおしゃれな店構えで、内装もモダンな感じです。
先に申し上げると先輩と一緒だったので焼きを担当していて撮影がほとんどできませんでした。
まずは『オリオンビール』で乾杯です。
そして『キムチ盛り合わせ（990円）』と『チョレギサラダ（770円）』からスタートです。
お肉の注文は『タン塩（1,650円）』、『県産カルビ（998円）』、『ハラミ（998円）』、『県産ウチハラミ（1,390円）』てす。
まずタンが運ばれてきました。
いただきます。
タンは大ぶりで厚めです。炭火に乗せるとプリッと焼き上がります。ジューシーで柔らかいです。
次にカルビです。適度な脂で比較的サッパリと食べられます。肉厚で食べ応えもあります。ちょうどいいカルビという表現がピッタリです。
続けてハラミです。これは脂身が少なく肉の味を楽しめます。サラッとした味わいです。
そしてウチハラミです。お店のお姉さんに聞くと「ハラミとカルビの中間」ということでした。結果的におかわりしました。この肉がこの日1番でした。脂と肉のバランスが絶妙で甘みと旨みを存分に楽しむことができます。
これは美味しいです。
追加で『韓国風冷やっこ（350円）』に『国産丸腸（870円）』、『ハラミ』と『ウチハラミ』のおかわりをしました。
丸腸は小ぶりですが、外を香ばしく焼いて中からあふれ出る脂が甘いです。
ウチハラミはおかわりしても美味しかったです。
最後のしめは『石焼ガーリックライス（990円）』です。
たっぷりのニンニクが香ばしくスタミナ満点です。
2人でしっかりと食べました。
お店のお姉さんのホスピタリティが高くて、那覇でいい焼肉屋さんを見つけました。
