コロナ期間をのぞいてほぼ20年間毎年沖縄へ来てますが、コレ！という焼肉には出会えてなかったんですよね。で、ついにキタというかんじです。
ゆいレールで旭橋まで来て、小雨の降る中を歩いたんですがこれがお店まで遠いんだ。さすがにカミさんも不機嫌になっちゃうくらいだったのですが、オサレな店に到着したころには機嫌も直ってました。行くならタクシーがおすすめですね。
で、今年初のオリオンで乾杯してキャベツキムチとナムルを食べたらこれがどちらも美味かった。コレは期待ができます。
で、県産牛の牛タンとカイノミ、カルビを。炭で慎重に焼いた牛タンは最高級品、美味い。そしてその次のカイノミが最高だった。タレ要らずで甘くてとろけます。
で、肉が美味いとどうしてもコメ食べたくなっちゃうんだけど還暦過ぎた僕ら夫婦は炭水化物食べちゃうともうそれで「終了」なのよね。
だから美味しいもの食べに来たときは「コメ禁止」なのです。で、内ハラミとあぐーを注文、カルビをお代わりします。あーでもカイノミ最高だったかなぁ。。。
で、ひとり1万円は覚悟したんですが実際は7,000円でした。うーむまた来たいぞ。
