太っ腹すぎ。
漏れなくメール会員になりました(笑)
お造りはミーバイ、イラブチャー、グルクンをチョイス。
沖縄魚三昧！
・ミーバイ
沖縄の方言で、ハタ系の魚の総称のこと。
沖縄の高級魚と言われているだけあって
淡白だけど脂も乗ってて一番美味しかったです♡
・イラブチャー
沖縄の方言で、ブダイのこと。
沖縄の海のような美しい青いお魚です。
こちらも淡白なお味。
煮付けの方が合うかもと思いました。
・グルクン
沖縄の方言で、たかさごのこと。
沖縄の県魚に指定されてるそうです。
脂がのっててなかなか美味しかったんですが、
やはり定番の唐揚げの方が美味しかったかも。
■自慢の豚巻き串五本盛り
豚が結構ジューシーで美味しかったです♡
単品メニューにない串も入ってました。
アボカドと半熟卵が激ウマでした！
■島豆富のちぎり揚げ
つまりは厚揚げのことなんですが、
結構カリカリになってて美味しかったです♡
揚げたてはあちこーこー（アチアチ）で
最高のお酒のアテでした！
■厚切り豚バラ肉と島豆富のンブシー
ンブシーとは豆腐や野菜と豚肉を味噌で煮込む
煮物と汁物の中間位の料理のこと。
名古屋のつけてみそかけてみそと
島豆腐のコラボって感じで激ウマでした！
沖縄魚のお造りが食べられたのは
なかなか嬉しかったです◎
