2024年4月 沖縄出張 1日目の夕食
仕事を終えてお楽しみの夕食。
今宵は同僚がおススメというお店に連れてきたもらいました。
賑やかな国際通りからは外れた一帯でよかった。こういう店こそ知らないと行けないものだ。
スタートは18時半ごろ。オリオン生で乾杯です。
さぁ食べよ、おススメを任せます。

同僚はこれが美味しいのだとか。
らっきょは進んで食べるものではないけれどこれは所謂カレーの添え物とかとは別物。
すっきりしていていいものだ。

生は一瞬ぐらいで飲んでしまったら泡盛いきますか。
ちょっと控え目にちょうどいい沖縄ならでわのさんぴん茶割としました。残波です。
同じタイミングで食べたのは定番ちゃんぷるーとこれは意外にというかあまり食べてなかったか？のジーマミー豆腐。
ジーマミー豆腐って甘いもんだったか。揚げ出しになってるから甘さが増してるのかも？
でも好きです。酒のつまみでも行ける。

そしてこれも定番、もずく天ぷら、グルクン。
もずく天ぷらがフリッターっぽい衣が少なかったのが良かった。
もずくの素材が味わえてこれ好き。
沖縄で食べるグルクンの唐揚げって頭も付いてるのを食べてるイメージがあったけど、これはアーサーも一緒になので外見からはわかりません。
でも食べていると、いますねグルクン。海藻のアーサーと同じ海の仲間だ。いいな。
