那覇市の繁華街にあるたんやさん。
牛タンが美味しいお店なのですが、あぐぅのしゃぶしゃぶもとても有名なお店です。
このお店のあぐぅ豚の不思議なところは、しゃぶしゃぶ食べても鍋の中に全くアクが出ないところ。
普通、灰色のアクが少しくらい浮くと思うのですが、たんやのあぐぅはアクが全く出ません。
鍋に脂は浮きますが、鍋は最初から最後まで透明のまま。

あぐぅを扱うお店の中でも、割と質の良いあぐぅを選んで仕入れてるって言ってたけど、お店の人もハッキリ理由分からないみたいです。
濃いめのポン酢でお肉を食べればめちゃくちゃ美味しい！
一人前でかなりの量があるけれど、意外と食べれてしまう、不思議なあぐぅのお店です。
