沖縄の紅豚。サッパリとしていて旨味に溢れる紅豚で創る沖縄の豚肉料理はひとつ頭が飛び抜ける。
月の輪やイベリコとはまた個性が異なる脂身のあっさりとした旨味も素晴らしい。
お勧めは・・・ 全メニュー（笑）もちろん食べてます。
どうだろう、三人くらいで伺えば、全メニューを一品ずつ制覇できるのではないだろうか。折角伺ったら食べ漏れは避けたい。きっと一品めからそう感じると思います。
なかでも十段豚。いわゆるミルフィーユかつ。沖縄の塩で。オリオンビールなのか、琉球泡盛か。翌朝のことなど何も考えずに目の前の旨さだけに集中したい！
そして、しゃぶしゃぶ。何人前食べられるのだろう。何人前食べたのだろう。前頭葉に強い痺れが走るほどです。このしゃぶしゃぶからの雑炊。もちろん塩で。
豆腐餻も忘れずに。
